1.  Phone Consultation 

  • Discuss clear expectations for project and scope of work 

5. Schedule your project 

  • Schedule the different trades to ensure your project is installed in a timely, efficient manner

2.  On-site Consulation 

  • Develop vision 

  • Discuss goals, budget, and desires

  • Identity challenges and solutions 

  • Select materials 

6. Permitting Process 

  • Work with building department to get your project approved and permitted

3.  Identify Scope of Work

A) Incorporate designers and/or engineers to obtain accurate construction documents in order to develop an accurate estimate for the installation of your project.

7. Install your Project

  • Supply materials 

  • Manage subtrades

  • Progress updates - communicate timeframes and progress

B) Develop an accurate estimate for the installation of your project

8. Complete Project

  • Ensure final inspection and closure of permits

  • Final walk-through and address punch-list

4. Sign Contract

9. Warranty

  • Sign contract based on agreed upon scope of work and pay deposit (deposit varies with size of project)

  • We provide a 1-year warranty on workmanship
