We got that here, with great communication and follow through. We've used this company on two occasions with plans for more in the future. Kory delivered everything promised, on budget and on time. We received a detailed written quote and contract prior to work starting. He worked with us when we realized we needed to change a few things, providing written change orders with up front pricing (no surprises). Definitely appreciated how well thought out the project was BEFORE he started. He asked a lot of questions and made sure he understood what we wanted in the end result, making sure to walk through the site and thoroughly assessing any possible challenges. The end result was better than we had hoped. He delivered quality structure, a build that looked great and gives us the functionality we so desperately needed.
